Receive Confirmation

Lavonne replies personally to confirm session length, date, time, and address. There is no front-desk handoff, no booking agent, and no answering service. Every conversation is with Lavonne directly.

Prepay

Confirmation Link

A secure prepayment confirmation link is sent by text approximately twenty-four hours before your appointment. The link arrives from Square, shows the exact session price, and takes under a minute to complete.

Your Session

Lavonne arrives at your door ten minutes early. Setup takes about ten minutes; the session unfolds at the length you reserved; breakdown takes another ten or fifteen. You stay where you are.


Your Prepayment Confirmation Link

Every confirmed appointment is held with a prepayment confirmation link. Here is exactly what to expect from yours.

What the text looks like

The link is sent through Square — the payment processor used by Total Body Flow Massage® — and identifies your appointment by date, session length, and business name. Tapping the link opens a secure Square-hosted page on your phone that displays the exact session price and completes payment in roughly thirty seconds.

  • Sender: A Square-controlled toll-free number (typically an 833, 844, or 855 prefix). The sender label includes the business name — for example, “Total Body Flow (8XX) XXX-XXXX” — and the message references your appointment date and time.
  • Timing: Approximately twenty-four hours before your session. Members on monthly billing do not receive per-session links.
  • Amount: Shown on the secure Square-hosted page after you tap the link — $195, $250, $325, or $395 depending on the session length you booked.
  • Security: Payments are processed by Square Inc., certified at PCI-DSS Level 1 — the highest tier of the Payment Card Industry data-security standard. Your card is encrypted and held by Square — never stored on a phone, paper file, or device at Total Body Flow Massage®.
  • If you do not pay before the session: Your reservation is released and the slot is returned to the calendar. A new link can be sent if you reach out the same day.
  • What we never do: Ask for card numbers by phone, email, or text. The Square link is the only payment channel.

Members — whether at the Priority Care, Signature Care, Elite Care, or Executive Wellness tier — are billed monthly via Square’s stored authorization, and do not receive a separate link per session. Lavonne arrives with everything needed for the session. The only thing required of you is a quiet room, a glass of water, and the time you reserved.

Required

What You Provide

  • A quiet, climate-controlled room with floor space for the table
  • Roughly an eight-foot by ten-foot area — bedroom, living room, sunroom, or guest suite all work
  • A private place to undress, with a robe or blanket nearby
  • A glass of water for after the session
  • The time blocked off — no interruptions, no pets in the room (unless specifically arranged)
  • If others are present in the home, a quiet hour for the session itself

Policies

The small set of policies our clients expect from a private, by-appointment practice. Written plainly, applied gently.

Cancellation & Reschedule

Twenty-four hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four hours’ notice are charged at 50% of the session price; no-shows are charged in full. Members receive one no-fee reschedule per quarter built in. Weather and illness exceptions are handled case-by-case — please call or text us.

Tipping

Tipping is not expected at our price tier and is never solicited. It is gratefully accepted when offered. Many clients prefer to express gratitude through repeat bookings or a referral to a friend or family member — word of mouth is how this practice grew, and how it stays at the level it is.

Members & Monthly Billing

Members at the Priority Care, Signature Care, Elite Care, and Executive Wellness tiers are billed monthly via Square’s stored authorization on the first of the month. Pause or stop anytime with three days’ notice. Up to two unused sessions are held in reserve. See the menu and memberships page.

Privacy & Discretion

What happens in the session stays in the session. Lavonne does not discuss client names, addresses, or session details with anyone. Health intake forms are kept confidential and used only to inform the session. The practice is fully insured and licensed by the Idaho Board of Massage Therapy. See the privacy policy.


After Your Session

The session ends quietly — the table is broken down, the oils are repacked, the linens are taken with us. You stay where you are. Most clients report that the absence of a drive home is the part of the experience that surprises them most.

Lavonne follows up a day or two later with a brief check-in — written by hand, sent by text — to see how the body responded and to invite the next standing appointment when the rhythm of your week is ready for it.
