Members enjoy priority scheduling and typically book 1–2 weeks ahead. New clients should plan 1–2 weeks ahead in summer (June–September peak season) and 3–7 days ahead the rest of the year. Same-day appointments are sometimes available — call or text 208-277-7889 to ask.

We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are charged at 50% of the session price. No-shows are charged in full. Members have one no-fee reschedule per quarter built in. Weather and illness exceptions are handled case-by-case — please call us.

No. Lavonne brings the table, linens, oils, music, and aromatherapy. We just need a quiet room with enough floor space for a 30″ × 73″ table (most bedrooms work), and ideally a place for you to undress privately and a glass of water for after.

Whatever is comfortable. Most clients undress to their comfort level — fully nude or leaving the underwear on — under the sheet. Lavonne uses professional draping at all times, and you will never feel over exposed.

Lavonne uses a professional-grade portable massage table with a thick foam cushion and adjustable face cradle — the same caliber of equipment found in luxury resort spas. Most clients say it's more comfortable than the table they've used at any spa or chiropractor's office.

Yes. Lavonne is licensed by the Idaho Board of Massage Therapy, carries professional liability insurance, follows industry-standard sanitation protocols (linens laundered between every client; hands and table sanitized; oils dispensed individually), and conducts a brief intake at your first session to flag any contraindications. All client information is kept confidential.

Yes — Lavonne offers in-home couples and family sessions. We schedule back-to-back appointments (one therapist, two sessions) most often; for true side-by-side couples massage, please ask about adding a second therapist for that visit. Elite and Executive Wellness memberships include household-shareable sessions designed exactly for this.

Clients pay via Square using a prepayment confirmation link sent 24 hours in advance. Members are billed monthly. Gift cards can be used as full or partial payment.
