- Concierge scheduling handled personally by Lavonne. The recipient never navigates an automated booking funnel; she calls or texts and her appointment is held.
- The same therapeutic-grade portable massage table, fresh laundered linens, music, and methodology brought to every regular session — nothing is downgraded for gift redemption.
- Printed gift certificate in a presentation box, available for hand delivery within the Coeur d'Alene region or for mailing. A digital gift certificate by email is available for last-minute gifts and out-of-area senders.
- Generous redemption window of one full year from purchase, with reasonable extensions for medical recovery, deployment, or relocation upon request.

A membership delivers ongoing therapeutic care month after month, held on the calendar before redemption begins.
Memberships are available at four levels:
- Priority Care — one session per month, the entry into regular therapeutic care.
- Signature Care — two sessions per month, the most popular standing rhythm.
- Elite Care — four sessions per month, designed for household sharing across a family.
- Executive Wellness — six sessions per month, for sustaining what you have built; designed to share across an executive team.

Total Body Flow Massage® gift certificates are honored throughout the Inland Northwest service area. Lavonne arrives at the recipient's address and sets up wherever the recipient is most comfortable — bedroom, living room, sunroom, guest suite, or private office.
