About the Practice
About Total Body Flow Massage®
A registered bodywork method, delivered with professional care to the homes and offices of North Idaho and Spokane.
Our story
Total Body Flow Massage® began with a simple conviction — that the most therapeutic bodywork in a person's week should not require them to drive anywhere.
The practice is the work of Lavonne Ayoub, a Master Massage Therapist with more than two decades on the table. Over those years she has worked across spa, clinical, and private settings, refining a touch that draws as readily from Western therapeutic technique as from Eastern theory. Clients followed her from one setting to the next; the constant was never the room, but the hands.
Out of that long apprenticeship came the Total Body Flow Massage® method — a registered approach to full-body therapeutic bodywork that treats every session as a single, continuous response to what the body brings that day. The brand was registered to protect the standard of care that came with the name.
The decision to take the practice mobile was deliberate. The clients who most needed regular therapeutic care — executives, athletes, parents, hosts, the recently post-surgical — were the ones with the least time and the most reason to want a quiet, private setting. A private in-home practice serving Coeur d'Alene and the surrounding region answered both. Today every appointment is a house call, a home-office call, or a private-residence call. Lavonne brings the table, the linens, and the oils. The client brings the room.
The Total Body Flow Massage® method
The method is a holistic full-body therapeutic experience that blends the best of Western therapeutic massage — Swedish, deep tissue, sports, stretch and movement, cranial sacral — with Eastern theory governing breath, energy, and pacing. It is not a fixed sequence. Pressure, technique, oil selection, and pacing are tailored, in real time, to what the body needs that day. Every session is bespoke. No two are the same, even for the same client.
Sessions are offered in four lengths — 55, 75, 95, and 120 minutes — so the work can be matched to the outcome the client is after. A 55-minute reset reads differently than a two-hour journey through three oil sequences; both are designed to leave the client measurably better than they began. The full session menu and Premier Wellness Memberships are documented on the in-home massage services page.
Where we serve
The practice is based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, and serves a roughly 50-mile radius across the Idaho–Washington border. In Idaho that includes Coeur d'Alene, Hayden Lake, Hayden, Dalton Gardens, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Athol, and Gozzer Ranch. In Washington, Spokane and Liberty Lake. Within Coeur d'Alene specifically, Lavonne regularly works with households in Black Rock, Rockford Bay, Sanders Beach, Fort Grounds, and the Garden District — and along the lakefront estates that ring the area.
Drive-time and same-day availability vary by neighborhood and season. The full service-area detail and booking parameters live on the in-home massage services page.
Our standards
An in-home practice is held to a higher standard than a spa room, because the room belongs to the client. Every session is conducted under the following non-negotiables.
- Licensed master therapist. Lavonne is a Master Massage Therapist licensed in multiple states, with continuing education ongoing across modalities.
- Professional liability insured. The practice carries professional liability coverage on every appointment.
- Sanitation and hygiene protocol. Linens are laundered between every client. Table, face cradle, bolsters, and supplies are sanitized between every session. Hand hygiene is observed before, during, and after.
- Client confidentiality. Intake notes, addresses, schedules, and session details are held in confidence. Private scheduling is the default for every appointment.
- Complete session kit, brought to you. Portable massage table, fresh linens, oils, aromatherapy, and bolsters arrive with Lavonne. Setup and breakdown are typically fifteen minutes each. The client provides nothing but a quiet, climate-controlled room.
Longer-term care
For clients who treat therapeutic bodywork as part of an ongoing wellness practice rather than an occasional indulgence, Total Body Flow Massage® offers the Premier Wellness Memberships — tiered monthly programs designed for individuals, households, and executive teams. Sessions can be held in reserve, shared within a household, and paused with three days' notice. The full membership menu is on the in-home massage services page.
